Well spoken young male claiming to be from BT business and looking to review my phone usage and how I could reduce my costs. When I advised him that this was a residential line he said that as it was still being used for a business he could probably still save me money. When I showed disinterest he advised me that I would need to have a conversation with them soon as BT were discontinuing analogue phone services next year and we would lose our service if we didn't transfer to digital. I hung up.

Caller said fraudulent use of national insurance number in northern Wales given options press 1for fraud team ??? Rang the number back and a Scottish lady answered ? I think it's suspicious!!

Called me claiming to be from Three and offering a discount. asked for my name dob and address. i asked why they needed it and they said for "verification". I gave completely made up details and passed their verification! This is clearly a scam number and whilst i dont know what the scam is they are lying about who they are and waht they are doing. SCAM

I just received the call from this number seems suspicious as was asking my card details. Claimed he is Saudi Hajj ministry representative and wants to refund some money which will come in 45 working days. He was trying to convince me it is against the complaint I made. Fraud Called pretending to be instructed by an United Kingdom Insurance Limited. He spoke very convincingly and was stubborn that the call was "not out of the blue" that he was instructed to call me because they had to transfer funds to me in relation to driving accident that was not my fault.
