I cancelled an account with them three years ago because there were hidden card charges. They are still calling despite being told I will never have an account with them again.

This number has called every few days, sometimes twice in one day! I don t answer unknowns just let the machine take a message!this caller seems to wait till machine kicks in then hangs up! No message has ever been left or any reason for the call! I m getting totally fed up of this caller/company not taking the hint to stop damn well calling!!!

Got called today by a female with a Scouse voice stating that she was form "Fresh Contacts" and asking if I am been in an accident. Funnily enough (and the truth, but may use this excuse even so if it changes for me) I don t drive, so I told her this and then she proceeded to ask if I had been a passenger in an accident or if I had been on public transport.
