Tried to call me after I had just called Tfl regarding a refund. I couldn't pick up so called back and got an automated message.
Some guy called asking to speak to the person about the electricity contract. I asked if it was a cold call, and he said "No, I need to speak to you about the registration of the electricity account". I asked him to confirm to me which company we are with before I would speak to him - i.e. to identify himself - he said bear with me, put me on hold... I hung up. Probably Scam.
