Constantly calling me around once a day I picked up several times in hope of asking the number to stop calling me but the line is silent then switches off

This number is used to scam people, be careful. Apparently different modus operandi each time, but it offers investments advice

SPAM Fraud SCAM They asked for the last 4 numbers of your card of the 16 digits, that you used in amazon,and the 3 numbers back on the card.

SCAM I received an automated call from this number on my house phone, claiming to be informing me of an irregular payment on my credit card for the amount of £1,100 and also suspect activity on Amazon. My bank does not contact me on this number and I don't deal with Amazon. I hung up immediately and did not listen further.

SCAM. Received this text at 3:07am and it from Netflix, stating they cannot process my charge for the month. I don't have an account with them.

Automated message sounds like it is from the bank, but did not state name of bank, or cardholder. Used another phone to call the number back (out of curiosity). Mobile network sates it is an invalid number, and call made from Ireland, with a London code?

Automated amazon prime scam

I had a letter from Bluestone Credit Management (or so I thought), the other day. I am now thinking it could be a scam letter because when I did some checking on the internet the phone number (01142 317 413), on the letter was completely different then the phone number given on Bluestone’s internet site. I am now going to forward a copy of the letter to HMRC to see if they can confirm if it is fake.

Definitely not British Gas. Very out of date information, no idea what name was on the account, could only give us details on our closed account from years ago, and tried to say our contact was up very soon (it's not)
