They call saying there was an arrest guarrant against my name, for some tax fraud. Of course this is not true, then they put you on hold for the longest time. I finally put the phone down as I was worried I was getting hacked whilst on the line.

They were on the ball enough to tell me they were calling from BT's head office in Newgate Street, however when I invited them to email the issue, they hung up immediately.
