Just received a call from an Indian sounding chap called Charles . Asked me to confirm if I was receiving a high volume of telemarketing calls, and that he could help. Gave me the 0845 number, and told me to call for a box to plug in to the phone for ?1 something per month. I asked him to hold on for a moment, muted the call, put it on speaker and just left the phone on the desk while I carried on with my work. Caller claimed to be calling from Enviro. Wanted to know if I was the homeowner and between the age of 50-70. Asked him to get to the point and explained I was off work sick, Caller ended the call with "shut up" Very rude

Just had call from Hannah Claim injury law 02036349839. She told me I had been in a car accident, I didn t confirm I had or hadn t & asked where she got her information, she said from road traffic department. She again asked me to confirm if I had. I asked what was name of person she was wanting to speak to to which she replied does anybody else at that address drive. I asked her name of company telling her I wanted it to report them, she gave me it again.

Answered call as it showed a location, but caller hung up immediately. Have blocked the number.

Called regarding an investigation about a missing parcel. Genuine caller from UPS parcel company.

Asked me 3 times if I had an accident in the last 12 month to which I said no each time but kept on asking it and if I was such and such I think trying to get me to say the word yes so I just kept saying no then she hung up
