Was billed for almost £40 for an hour long call to this number that I NEVER MADE, I googled it and it returned details of a communications company, I called sky and they raised an enquiry form about it, chased it up a week later and this time when I googled the number (to get details of the company) it could not be traced and instead the number was listed as belonging to a locksmiths in Norfolk!! sky are refusing to investigate (no wonder - they are making money from this!) will be following written complai

Tried to redial but told it is an incorrect number. They have called on numerous occasions. This time however, I answer the call, and managed to get a complete voice recording. Who should I send it to? They are using FALSE numbers. They do not care that they are not allowed to phone my number. Total Scam - I have not had any car accidents. I am disabled and 70 years old. I used this company a few years ago and they haven t stopped ringing me since to ask if they could provide me with another product. This is despite me telling them on numerous occasions that I won t be buying anything from them again. It goes in cycles, they ring every day for a few days until I end up getting angry and answer them to tell them to stop ringing and to remove my details. They stop for a couple of months before starting up again. Well not any more as I have now blocked their number.
