I was called from this number at 7:53 on Monday morning. Call from 'Microsoft Technical Centre'. I pointed out the inconvenient time and they promised to call back...........' I told them not to bother.
The line is noisey. When called back it is always engaged. It certainly does not appear to be a routine phone number!
Said they were calling re Thomas Cook all inclusive holiday compensation. Never used Thomas Cook....SCAM!!!

SCAM Fraud BEWARE ! This number has only recently appeared on this site (August 2023) from other people checking. Caller says you've suspicious transactions on your card, knows your name and last four digits of the card. Asks you to check the balance, in my case without any security questions. Hung up on me and didn't call me back when I told him I keep very little in the account, whilst I was silently checking the account in the background. Time wasters - called re an accident claim which I've never made. Asked them to remove my number from their listings and they hung up.
Claimed he was calling from Microsoft. When I said to him that he was making it all up, he told me "If I didn t like it I could shove it up my ass and go F**k myself". Charming. I know my father has picked up the phone before and had the same issues with him. Sounds like the same Asian man.
