Disgusted at Greenpeace, I have donated for years and every year they wanted more money. On retiring I halved my monthly direct debit, last year after a 40 min harrassment call staring with just increase your monthly payment by ?25.00 ridiculous, they went through it all ?20, ?15, you get my drift. Called me saying they had information I had been in a car accident. I asked who had informed them and she disregarded my question to ask her own. I then stated that if she couldn t answer the question then we couldn t speak further, so she hung up. I hope she sleeps well at night knowing that her entire platform of employment is based upon being a nuisance.

Phoned telling me they had a cheque to send for refund of bank charges. Had my name and address, wanted my date of birth. When asked which bank were refunding charges just repeated UK Financial Services. Told me they would cancel cheque if I didn t give date of birth. I said that would be fine and hung up. Its time uk phone numbers were stopped from being given to overseas callers.
