I had several calls from the company Web Security Experts with regards to renewing computer security, saying that 4 years ago I paid a membership fee, which I have no knowledge of knowing. They have threatened to take money from bank account. I searched from email and other correspondence from them but cannot find nothing. Pretending to call on behalf of the DVLA. Wanting to know if I owned a diesel car in return for compensation. I didnt confirm. Knew my first name. Got aggressive and refused to remove my details from the database. Threatened me with more calls. Blocked and reported.

Got a call from 01997 617418 and he said he was called “Daniel”, obviously incorrect based on accent. He said he was from Curry’s PC World! Stating he was doing mobile phone upgrades. Upon notification of the fact I had already upgraded recently he hung up.

This number called me claiming to be bank security and that 2 transactions had been requested from my bank. One for Amazon for £200 and an international money transfer for £900. Press 1 to authorise or hold if you haven't made these transactions. I hung up.

SCAM!! Leasing Airbnb properties (advertised on FB marketplace) that do not exist!! Cleverly they've linked their web page up to Airbnb's page so when you look for support, it will take you to the legit page, but the booking page is a complete scam! It'll reject your payment when you confirm your booking and offer you the option to do a wire transfer. The scammer will give you "Airbnb's bank details" (confirmed by an agent, Airbnb do NOT have a bank account) to place your deposit into.
