Picked up and they hung up straight away.
SCAM, very clever scam claiming to be from Barclays mobile banking, they send you a sms message first informing you that a new device has been registered to your mobile banking app. They request you to call the number quoting a code they sent, when you call the number, they already have your name and welcome you by your name. They then request you to log in to your banking app and generate a code. (The one I gave them was NICE TRY A-HOLE) the person said thanks and hung up. Be very careful

Fraud Foreign sounding male, called me ma'aam or madam. told me he had phoned from BT openreach as my internet speed was down and I had problems with my router. At that point I called him a scammer as I don't have BT. His tone changed and he uttered a series of foul words and called me names. Told me he would rape me and give me a little baby. The area code comes up as telford but I don't believe that is correct. It is also an area in India. I wish there weren't such evil people in the world

Asian sounding guy, rabbiting at speed about who I was and telling me my details, barely caught a word, then says BT will call to save me money on my Telephone and Broadband, then hung up immediately, never asked was I interested in any possible savings, not even the basic pleasantries of asking how I was etc... Just quick fire rabbit rabbit rabbit, BT will call me, click, all I can say is, if this was anything to do with BT, they are now less likely to be getting my business than they were before.

Keep sending hateful messages and aren’t anyone I know. If someone could do something about it, it would be nice! They also sent links to dodgy gore websites and luckily I have a VPN. Otherwise I would have got a virus.
