This number, 01675 594730, claims to be a company called 'Motor Assist', they do not ring for long & don't leave a message but when you ring it back its a recorded message with a man with a Scottish accent - saying the usual 'leave your name & number, & one of our Agents will call you back'. Check out Companies house web site : Ronnie Royston Lee. The man sets up companies. Ignores TPS. Cold calls from a "suckers list" of people who have been scammed before. They try to sell "insurance" to cover kitchen appliances. One of my clients was sold a policy that covered a £50 microwave. Policy cost £90. Great deal. When the paperwork arrived, in small print at the bottom o0f the page it said "This is not an Insurance Product". That is because

Keep getting calls from this number. Eventually answered and it's silent. I can't call back either.
Cold called my mother and took £270 and though I found out, recorded delivery cancellation letter within 5 days - £25 fee. Disgusting. Plus obvious she has dementia when anyone talks to her. Need to check ongoing for future and cancel from bank.
