SCAM Coputer voice said they were BT and there was suspicious activity on our phone line and they were going to disconnect it. Press 1 for ? or Press 2 to speak to someone about it. As we have not been a BT customer for nearly a year and do not use there phone line. We are with Virgin that does not use BT lines. It was a scam ! I did not press any number as it would probably cost us money. This company have 100's of numbers under the same prefix and change every last numbers every few day.
Called my wife's shop and made crude remarks and threatened her. Reported to the police.
ASKED ABOUT THE INJURY CLAIM I WAS DAELING WITH, I HAVE NO INJURY CLAIM, ASKED MY NAME, ADDRESS, WHO I BANKED WITH. TOLD HIM I HAD NO INTENTION OF TELLING HIM ANYTHING AND NOT TO CALL ME AGAIN.

It seems the criminals, who obtained personal information as a result of leaked information from Talk Talk, are telling people their broadband service is likely to be closed down after 24 hours. It is rubbish. I did not answer the call, and got my information from other sites.

FRAUD ‘phone call from +44 2083684454 (This call originates from a bit of pavement in Trafalgar Square, Central London!) It’s a scam telling you of an “unauthorised” VISA payment on your account. (Even if you don’t have a VISA account! It encourages you to press 1 to speak to an adviser (someone will answer but however reassuring they are they DON’T work for VISA. They will keep you on the line while they empty your bank account after which, you’ll have lost all your money to them! DON’T press 1! Hang

This person named copeland called re: bing verification of business listing I said I was already verified but had a duplicate listing, any how this person was rude, overbearing and aggressive, and refused to listen to any thing I said saying (he was going to hang up as he didnt like how i spoke to him) imagine that, I have the call recorded and saved on file.
