CHECKING MY BANK STATEMENT I FOUND A DEBIT OF ?99.99 FROM A FREE TIME CD. I RANG THE BANK WHO WERE VERY HELPFUL AND FOUND OUT THAT IT WAS FROM A PURCHASE I HAD MADE ABOUT A MONTH EARLIER. AFTER I PUT THE PHONE DOWN AND GOOGLED THE NUMBER I FOUND THIS WEBSITE. I TOO MADE A PURCHASE OF SPACE BAGS AND REMEMBER RECEIVING THE PHONE CALL AND THE HOLIDAY BROCHURE BUT CAN T RECALL ANY MENTION OF A CHARGE IF I DIDN T DECLINE THE OFFER OF THEIR SERVICES....WHAT A SCAM. It s MacKenzie Hall. A debt collection agency full of scammers and shysters. Their offices are in Kilmarnock. They use an area call router to pretend that they re local to you which will hopefully persuade you to answer and then you ll ave an automated message asking you to contact them or an agent (scumbag) trying to coerce your details from you in a (poor) attempt to scam you. They really are scum. And no, I don t owe them (or anyone else) any money. I really wouldn t piss on them if they were on fire.

Signed up £1.00 and later 79.99 was taken out which I was surprise. Rang the company to refund were I did not sign up for anything but was told u have 14 days to cancel and could not refune. They also had not posted no vouchers worth 79.99, twice and third time but still anything. Now have taken legal advice and working towards getting money back or my vouchers. This company is a fraud and have leaned next the to be more carefully.
