Vanquis Bank debt collectors, I pay a fortune for payment protection that supposedly allows me to take a holiday payment, well I used it in December after agreeing this with them, I paid my January payment and now my phone is ringing non stop with calls from a debt collector, because I made a payment in January it cancelled the December holiday payment!! unbelievable. this number has been calling me several times per day for around 2 weeks, when I answered it was a telemarketing company telling me I had been involved in an accident (I haven t) when I responded with "well you know more about this than I do" the caller hung up and didn t call again so I will definitely be using that tactic in the future
