It was an automated voice saying it was amazon prime and they were going to take £39.99 from my account if i wanted to opt out please hold the line to talk to a supervisor.

A pre-recorded message saying “This is the national crime agency”. I just hung up. Blocked the caller and they’ve since phoned again. I suspect a Scam/Nuisance caller if not worse.

SCAM Automated message claimimg to be HMRC
SCAM: Automated message saying my national insurance number was involved in illegal activity and I would be arrested if I didn't "press 1 to speak to an officer". I did not press 1 and the call ended after the automated message finished. I called back and the number was not recognised.
Called several times by this number, as soon as I pick up, they hang up. Not sure if I want to call back, as for me it is an unknown international number.
Second time they tried...scammers and don t know how they got my number...very angry.. BEWARE

Caller asked for someone else who lives in the house by name - after teh ususal telemarketing pause of silence..... When I explained they were not in and asked if I could take a message, the caller sounded annoyed that the person he called for was not in, and then HE HUNG UP. . Cold caller? Telemarketer? Rude - yes!

Rang at 7.50am on 11 Feb, did not answer, but when rang the number back number unavailable, so must be a scam. A nuisance/ scam call.
Keep getting these calls, when I answer they hang up. Never called them back.
