An Asian voice, poor English spoken, said they were from Open Reach, and needed to check my modem. They made a give-away mistake as they got my internet provider wrong. This is the third call over the last 10 days, saying the same thing. But I didn't make a note of the number until the third time they called, which was today at 4.30 pm.

They put me through to a technician and they started getting a bit angry with me as I could not understand what they were saying because of their accent.
