Had a call from 07894970035 but it hung up when I answered. 30 minutes later had an automated call from 07894953007 saying they were from Talk Talk technical department and my internet access would be terminated tonight. Has my Talk Talk account been hacked?

16/09/2017 I seem to remember a person called Floyd Lay being the person who sold me the idea of getting a PPI claim He must have been earning big money but took £500 from my card.
