Quickly say Biwater but push Business Stream. Want to apply discounts. Go ahead why do you need to call? Who refuses discounts? Looked up Biwater website as I have worked for Water Projects and knew the name to confirm my thoughts. Personally wouldn t trust them. Our business water provider already give discounts. Recorded message says it is PayPal and that they have noticed 2 payments this morning that I have made for large sums of money and to ring 1 ,2 etc if not me and 3 to listen to message again. I ignored it as was busy, just rang the number and spoke to a poor lady that said she has had several calls and she lives in Hull and it is obviously not her. She was very apologetic, not that it is her fault. Surely the Telephone service can stop this from happening.
