Rang up & said his name was John from some company or other & said "how are you today" I replied, "who is it you want to speak to?" He then started going into the standard blurb & I repeated "who is it you want to speak to?" He then hung up. Best blocked & reported to TPS

I've never been in a council property and they refuse to give you information on where this information has come from and it must have been an error.
