This seems to be some good working money trap, similar numbers are reported as a scam offers (in most cases some financial offers). For sure some general call centre. Admitted he wasn't from TalkTalk and became abusive. Laughed at him and told him again to get real job. Got more abuse so I laughed again and hung up in the middle of more abusive tirade.
