Hi Everyone. I wasn't sure whether this message was spam or not, so I rang up Causeway Hospital switchboard and discovered that it was 100% genuine. They put me through to the Validation Team and they had all my details and these were correct. The appointment had been made 2 years ago, so that's why I wasn't sure about it (basically, due to this long covid-related delay, I'd forgotten all about seeing my GP back then and being referred on).
This number keeps calling me back and only rings for 2-3 rings and when you try to call the number back it says that it's not possible to connect to this number, so it's a scam caller. Be careful guys n girls.
Actual owner is some old guy who has been getting alot of calls from people. Apparently his number has been cloned, poor guy

Call center / SCAM Initially received a strange call supposedly from a call centre in Laos saying they were calling on behalf of Accenture Recruitment UK. I was then contacted by this number via WhatsApp & they have been relentlessly trying to get me join a part time job opportunity to make extra income with very little effort for a company called 'Dynatrace' even though I have repeatedly said that I am not interested. Finally blocked & will be reporting the number.

Rec'd a scam text from apple pay about needing to accept updated T&C. Apple do not communicate via text, the text had a clickable link, and I don't have apple pay anyway, so the scammer was never going to fool me!

Pretending to be from Carphone Warehouse, quickly hanged up after I made them aware I'll be recording the call.
I'm not too certain about the caller, as he started off by saying both my Company name & personal name, & he'd obviously "done his homework" as when I asked him who was calling, he said the name of my provider. Unfortunately he spoke at the speed of sound, so when I asked, he said he'd speak slower, but then the line disconnected, so I didn't get to find out whether the caller was genuine or not. I think this is a scam call pretending to be 02. They send you a code via text and then ask for the code to be able to access your account online. The security says to no give the code to 02 staff, soo if they are real why are they asking for the code to apply supposed discount!!!

I was in a different room but heard a voice coming from the phone. How can they do that? The voice had gone by the time I got to the phone and I was too far away too hear what it said, but I have now blocked it as no one I know would do that.
