Hysterically, when I said I am not with Vodaphone, the person on the other end asked which company I was with and tried to engage in conversation with me! Heavy Asian accent. They called me yesterday to say there was a government scheme to help me with my debts, when asked if I had any debts, mortgage, loans or credit cards, I answered no, I have no debts whatsoever, they said, well good luck to that and bye, hung up. they then called back again today at about 5pm, I answered but they immediately hung up on me, to me, this smells like a scam caller, why would they call me again when I told them I have nothing!

Got a call at 11:00am on a Monday morning. Background noise suggested the caller was outside. Knew my name and informed me that they I had a claim for Insurance & mobile phone. They said they were calling from the Bureau. Information was incorrect and they said they would update the system. The call ended.

Seems to be used for some telemarketing call center - this range of numbers 14136721xx (common feature, they use more numbers of the same range) is mostly reported with accident chasers, PPI. Just block it if not interested (I use the app from these pages, no problems). Folks did they call you with the same or something new? I really don't answer unknown numbers and don't want to call them back...
