HALIFAX FRAUD DEPT IF a payment gets red flagged this dept of HALIFAX ring to verify that it was you that made the transaction IF this number rings you just ring HALIFAX 0345 720 3040 for your own piece of mind and ask to speak to FRAUD DEPT (HALIFAX told me they had tried to ring me more than once)
They are waiting 1 signal and switching off. No possibility to call them back. Most probably scam.

Brechin (Scotland) cloned number allegedly from 02. A scam offering 40% off your O2 account. - I know it is a 100% scam as (a) I have had one of these calls before and (b) I ceased to be an O2 customer 4 years ago. Suspect someone hacked their site or an ex-employee has flogged their data to scammers. Foreign guy said he'd send a special code in a text/email but to not divulge it to anyone - probably because everyone gets the same and they don't want you to compare notes!

I keep getting called by this and hear nothing as it hung up immediately, I feel it may be a scam caller or a robo cant say, but certianly sketchy.

They didn’t even know my name and I’ve been with them for 20 years….jokes, but they did say they can confirm if I give them my email address….I don’t think so pal, they must of thought I was born yesterday, and I clearly stated to them I think your lying and prove yourself. Fraud I believe this was an attempt to get my debt card information. I typed in the url filled up with an all red page telling me this was a fraudulent site and to not contact or talk to these people. UNSAFE SITE trying to get my credit card, social sec. info etc. It had the phone number 208-537-7505 which if you call it, get nothing but what sounds like a fake ring - No one picks up. The URL they sent in the text led me to the warning site. The text will ask if you used your card and the amt charged.

Indian 'lady' called saying they were Right Energy part of uk-talk offering wholesale energy rates. Asked where she was located, she said Birmingham. After stringing her along for 10 minutes I asked what was happening with the Bull Ring, she clearly did not know what I was talking about especially when I asked if that's where she gets the bullsh*t from. Then said she was in Kolkata (aka Calcutta) not Birmingham. Said that I was in London helping police with scam callers - phone went dead!

I asked for a house price quote via Zoopla and this William H Brown number called me. This company was one of the three from which I requested a quote, so no issue with that. Problem is I live overseas, which is why I stated I wanted to be contacted by email. Even WhatsApp would do. But that's the way they operate. They like to be in your face.
