Said they were calling from my bank due to an overpayment of an insurance policy..told them it was not possible as I had no policy with bank they were quite pushy so told them they have my details send me a cheque!

Call from the number: 07938536820 A Guy called Steven- Asking for bank information, how much I made at work. Asking irrelevant questions asking if I smoke/had a sky package yet knew about a bank loan. Avoid and 101 have been made aware Pretending to be from citizens advice
Claiming to be HMRC and if I didn't press '1', I'd be arrested shortly. Guess I'm a fugitive now.

This is an affiliated number belonging to a set redirected through a Company called Nexbridge Communications Ltd. They re a bunch of prats with nothing better to do than flog any old crap for clients and their call redirection service will show different locations where the call came from. They need debt advice themselves as their Directors are in debt up to their eyeballs! Rang my mobile at 10.30 am. Knew my name and offered me a pre-paid funeral I was so taken aback and never asked where they got my name from Man with a Manchester accent.
Covid19 appointment, with an attachment. I haven't set up any appointments, or requested a test or anything, so currently unknown what this is for. As I'm not about to open a random attachment that gets sent over text.

Looks like yet another new number being used by scammers. Unrecognized number so let it go to answerphone - caller hung up as soon as it cut in. At best a wrong number, but almost certainly another annoying scam.

SCAM pretending to be Amazon UK about a large value order. I hadn't placed one. Was followed by an email with the same. I went on account, asked Amazon to call me direct to check, was told it's a scam number and email. Reported to [email protected] . Never accept the call, always check with the company direct.

The caller hung up after 2 rings, I called back and heard the network message "You have dialled an incorrect number..." Obviously a scam from scum losers.
usual pakistani,muslim sounding scammer claiming to be from solicitors. for some reason he didnt take too kindly to the barrage of verbal abuse from me and eventually took the hint after calling back 5 times in rapid succession for more of the same treatment. sometimes its just nice to be able to unload your abuse at someone who cant complain about you. :)
