Automated message on answerphone saying that it's hmrc with a serious lawsuit big giveaway is that if hmrc were to proceed with a lawsuit 1 it wouldn't be over the phone and 2 they wouldn't wish you a blessed day at the end of the message. F£&@ing stupid scam artists number now blocked.

Line for shared costs, there are more similar numbers reported (just last 2 or 3 digits alternated) - so I assume this should be the same call centre. This seems to be some good working money trap, similar numbers are reported as robocalls, fake wins, scam offers (in most cases some financial offers). For sure some general call centre. I recommend to block the whole 8436563xxx range... People did someone answer this number?

This number should be a landline from Manchester - I haven't found any ratings for this number somewhere else on internet, but similar numbers of the same range 1618148xxx are always marked as call centre - telemarketing, accident claims or surveys (market research). Does someone have some experience with this one? Nuisance call for me, blocking it now.

This is the new scam. If you have number recognition these devious energy companies are now using local dialling codes to make you think it is a local call. They insist they are (in this case) EON and that the contract is up for renewal. Very deceiptful, very rude (swore at me) and illegal as we are on TPS (which appears to be a waste of time!)
