this number is for a ulez payment but is a con i paid a charge of £17.50 and is on my bank statement as ULEZSERVICE but my ulez charge has not been paid on the receipt is this number every time i call picked up and cut of never have i spoken to any one i would never have known unless i called tfl and asked why they took £17.50 instead of £12.50 where i now have a £80.00 charge so this scam has cost me almost £100.00

A call was made to my phone on 3rd of April from this the number 09036946928. I called the number back to see who it was for about 14 seconds but recieved no response. Later I relaised I was charged by my phone compny for +£6. My operator told me that the call to number 09036946928 is a preimum rate call. Now, I am keen to find out who they are and who this phone number belong to and what netweork operates this number. Please advise if you have any information.

The call was from Smart Employee Eye Care. This made sense as I had just requested an Eye care voucher through work.

They knew some bits about me when they called but I got suspicious when they started asking for bank details. They changed my account password and ordered an iPhone 14. I got a call from this number today, 06/03/2023, from someone claiming to be from Vodafone, I was offered a 20% discount for the last 12 months of my contract. When they asked for my name and address I ended the call. They had a strong Indian accent. I contacted Vodafone who confirmed is was a fraud.
