I have had calls from this number, after a long conversation regarding data protection, I confirmed my address to discover it was for my previous address. The debt was from several years back that I thought was paid. This is not a scam, but people who are doing a job to get debt paid. You wouldn t walk into a shop and fill a trolley with goods and leave only paying for some of it. With debt we have either received the goods or service. Mine was for photos that I had forgot about

Had a call from 01392466432 supposedly from British telecom about a cash refund.This call is a complete scam.Don t be fooled if you get such a call.

They called me to say my name had been added to the database and that I was involved in an accident on the road. I don't even drive.

Got a message today says that because im under 60 I am entitled to ?1000 because of private pension. Then they wante me to press 5 or 9. But im sure that this is a scam, im not under 60! Dont belive them!

called 5 times on my mobile so called them back ........ "how can I help" .... "by telling me who you are" . he hung up so I called back got a women this time said who are you she wouldn t tell me asked what my name was so I just said remove my number its a work phone

This number is for C.A.R.S or Creditlink Account Recovery Solutions. They are a genuine debt collection agency so I would suggest speaking to them if they are trying to contact you.

Keeps calling my number but usually no one is there when I answer. Just a long period of silence and then the call is ended. Very annoying and probably upsetting for some people. I have spoken to them in the past and said I was not interested but it has not deterred them from calling again and again.

Another call from this number silent then hung up.. I believe this is due to previous calls when I have kept them on the line for 30 mins plus pretending to check my computer and blocking their attempts to try and do anything before informing them I have scammed them and dont actually have a computer.. and laughing loudly as they terminate the call with some abuse.. idiots

If you get a call you should answer or call back as the problem is that the initial database maker sells your number on to other junk call companies. If you have a call from them you should call the number back and ask for James, the call centre manager and demand where they got your number from. If you don t the problem of nuisance calls will get worse. You can then call the initial seller and ask to be removed from the main database. Pinpoint (Call Solutions) Ltd. I had a call from this number and was instantly suspicious. I phone Lloyds (PhoneBank) number to be told that this number belongs to the Lloyds Credit Card Collection department (I had missed a payment due to personal circumstances) and they wanted their money. Like most people, I am suspicious of individuals whose language skills are a lot less than mine and have a heavy accent. WATCH OUT!!! ... they call you on mobile..where there is no telephone preference service. They let it ring ONLY a few rings... so you are not able to get to answer it in time! Then because its a landline number ... you are DUPED into calling THEM! ...& go to landline & ring THEM! This then means "they have not broken the telephone preference rules!!....WHY YOU ASK???? Because YOU RANG THEM!... they then have YOUR LANDLINE NUMBER Legitimately to SELL ON to others! DO NOT RING THEM BACK.....EVER!!!
