Asked for email address as I didn't have the time to speak, told them to send me an email as they seemed to have my info, but he could only confirm my name, so I hung up. SCAM Pretty sure this is a scam. Text received supposedly from Evri - missed delivery, but following link to redeliver, the site requested card information and redelivery fee. On Evri website, Evri state that if you have missed a parcel, you don't need to do anything as a redelivery will be attempted next day. Scam. Beware. No-one contacting you should be asking for card details.

AMAZON scam
This number is being used to carry out impersonation scams through WhatsApp. Serious pressure being exerted claiming to be a family member in financial trouble. Fraud carried out via a Metro Bank Account sort code 23 05 80 using various account numbers and Metro Bank don't seem to be concerned. Has been reported to own bank and Action Fraud. This number is causing untold distress and needs to be taken out of service.
