This number called purporting to be from my bank. It is in fact listed as Russian! I can only assume the b******s want to surrender!
Fraud call. I spoke to Three mobile and they confirmed that they don't call from this number.
SCAM; left a voicemail saying it was the FBI & if I didn't return the call I would be arrested for fraud.

A chap from a loft insulation company. Seemed genuine but I had my doubts, he didn't tell me what company he was from. He didn't pressure me into buying anything. Just said my loft insulation was inefficient, I just put the phone down and blocked the number.

I don't know think its safe I got a virus in my phone for a while and aI thought my Fb might be hacked ! I just went into my settings no where my WhatsApp was ,my own number was there . But where my FB was this number was there .and I have put soft ware in . I thought I deleted FB and re installed and no we I installed the installed the latest soft ware Amazon is not recognizing me .I have to re log in everywhere . It's a right pain. It’s a scam, claimed to be from a bank and not enough funds in bank to complete transactions. Very bad line and eventually the caller hung up, daughter rang number back and it’s not recognised.

Scam call pretending to be Virgin Media (broadband internet). Standard scam pattern. Voices/accents from Indian subcontinent but claiming western names ("Daniel", "Robert", etc). Presumably using in-country telephone redirection service so as to appear with 0161 prefix. Claimed "We are getting errors from your internet connection." Wanted me to download Anydesk software so they could take remote control of my computer.

Wife took a call on our landline from 'Amazon', for me saying (female voice, foreign accent) Prime membership was about to expire and I should renew at 79.99 or cancel. The call was not responded to. To my knowledge I'm not currently a prime member (and usually careful to not accidentally become so when ordering!). I would not expect such calls from Amazon anyway, so seems that Prime was being used as a excuse to go phishing/scamming?
