SCAM presumably. This number had phoned several times before, according to my wife, asking to speak to my daughter, who has not lived with us for 12 years. This was the first time today I took a call from this number and promptly told the caller to 'go away' (impolitely) and never call this number again. One minute later, the same number called; a different person. This time, I asked what the call was about, the caller said it was loft insulation, which has no relevance to me or my daughter. I reckon t

Just had a call from Caroline from UK Advisory Group -tel. no. 01454 412399 - telling about a cheque I'm going to receive from the Goverment which is repayment of erroneous bank charges. She asked me to give her some personal details for verification purposes and although I did they were all false. ???? Apparently I can now expect a call from her Financial Manager who will verify how much I will get. Can't wait to hear what this is assuming he calls that is!
