Everest double glazing marketing number. Maximum price for incompetently installed windows. They didn t give a damn about correcting a front window that was falling apart soon after installation - including the cill put in back-to-front. Received many calls from same number but just the last digit changes. It is an automated message saying that they are HMRC and that a tax fraud claim is made against me, that I should press 1 and talk to a representative otherwise I will be arrested shortly. It is so annoying as to how they get my number, i have had so many unsolicitored calls recently. Who is selling my information, I am so carefull in completing any online applications with my sensitive details?

This is a scam from the HRMC I suspect. Called saying that tax fraud has been raised under my name and to press 1. Very bad line, sounded like they were located in India. Became irate and unprofessional when I refused to give name.
Called to tell me that, as I had just bought a new car, they were going to provide me with hte best insurance deal. Who knew I had just bought a new car? only the dealer - Swale Car Shop - who presumably have passed on my details.
They were asking me about the accident that didn't have 2 years ago. Don't bother answering!

SCAM Call on my mobile. Said I had ordered from Amazon and £400 would be charged on my registered credit card. I don't have an Amazon account so they don't have my number. As I was having lunch I hung up.
Fraud. Automated call pertaining to be from Amazon stating that £300 will be taken from your account for a phone your have purchased. However, if you haven't then hit button 1. If you do you'll either be put through on a premium rate number to one of their criminals who will want your bank details of credit card number in order for them to "cancel the order" but will really use this to steal even more cash from you. They are also using other 01475 numbers.
Recorded voice telling me a criminal case had been taken out against me on account of fraud and my criminal activity.... press 1 to find out more about the case - needless to say I didn't!

Call center Lady calling from a Health Insurance provider insisting on asking a few questions that would take under a minute. Despite my polite response of not being interested she still pushed so I gave her a chance. They know my full name, postcode and house number and when asked where this data is from they said it’s from a public database.
