Got call on w new mobile number. Picked up call but could hear nothing. I've tried to call back this morning and all I get is some frantic piano playing and a fast US message asking me to stay on line for next available agent. Apparently my call is very important to them! After 5 mins I rang off. Is this a number that just gets people to hang on and they get the revenue??? A waste of time.

They ve been calling me all day. I answered the last call and as soon as I asked who they were the adviser hung up! Be very weary if they call you and don t answer any personal questions as I suspect they are a fraudulent phishing company. Seems to be another number related to the RSPCA or UNICEF - check them at http://www.rspca.org.uk/home - but this number seems to be used by a global call centre working for multiple charities, and the bad thing is that they share the database of numbers,
