Its just a prank app. Its someone you know as they need your phone number. They are all pre recorded so chill out. Most likely someone at work , family member, child or friend having a laugh. Phones me almost every day. If I answer I hear the normal couple of seconds silence that tells me it's a call centre, then there is loud office noise followed by the line being dropped. I assume this is one of those automatic things that finds out whether your number is in use, then sells to nuisance callers. Joyful......

This number said my national insurance had been frauded. And I had to press 1 for more info or my national insurance will be suspended ? .. existed call as I felt it strange .. I'd just had different call saying I was being investigated for tax fraud ? Sure both connected.. I think it's a SCAM NUMBER !
