This company is totally despicable. Had a silent call from them yesterday morning then spoke with rep who called again this morning. He had my name and address, (very distressing) and claimed to be responding to an enquiry. The last time I enquired anywhere about windows was over 19 years ago, and definitely not a company called Smiths! - I thought we had a Data Protection Act!. Called at 13:51 today by a foreign sounding male, who gave an English sounding name. Said he was calling on behalf of Marks & Spencer and stated they had been given my number by the Government. When I said I wasn t the person he was asking for (I was) he said "then why the f**k did you waste my time then you b***h" before disconnecting the call. Charming gentleman.

They told me that I had won and you would need my data for profit delivery. I hung up immediately and the next call I said that I know that these are lies and do not want any more calls. Unfortunately, you did not listen to me. I never do participate in sweepstakes!

Despite being on the TPS list they called but witheld the number. When I asked if they had checked our number against the TPS list, the man did not understand what it was.
