Didn't pick up as an unknown number and our landline is ex-directory known only to 2 other people as it is used only for elderly relatives to call who do not have mobile phones. Called many times by this number - saying the are energy support service - asked abut my boiler - called them back today to ask that they do not call me again, but they said something cryptic like if you keep calling us back we will call you again - then when I questioned what she said, she said I will take you off the database
Claimed to be from Amazon and that someone had attempted to purchase about £500 of goods on my account. I hung up, put the number on my BT blacklist and checked my Amazon account which was OK.

SPAM Three calls today (so far) from this number. I did not pick up, having seen elsewhere that the phone block 188321 is operated by AQL Wholesale Ltd, and I was not expecting a call from them. Their trade mark seems to be to call three or four times a day if you don't answer. Others report, energy relief, loft insulation and property assistance as reason for the calls.
