It would appear that it is actually Hillary's Blinds, cold calling. if you rung them at some point for a quote then that's probably how they got hold of your number.
As above; said company name was Direct Response UK ; advised I have call preferencing and was about to report; asked for HER details ; she refused to give, and just persisted with the comment that they work with "various" insurance companies.
