SCAM Text message said to be from evri said my parcel had been returned to their branch due to a failed delivery attempt. Wanted me to click a link. I didn't click the link and have reported the text as a probable scam. I'm not expecting any parcel and, as I haven't left the house, they couldn't have a failed delivery.

Just received a very aggressive call from this number to my mothers house she is 90 and hung up the first time because she could hear. I answered second time when they rang back and was shouted at why do you hand up. They then demand to return box? herself within 3 working days to an address I didn't even catch they introduced themselves as being from Microsoft this call would have scared my mother had she taken it. This number called me at 3.55pm on Wednesday 12th April 2023. Male Indian voice asked to speak to me by name. Obvious scam or nuisance call, so I just hung up.
This number ( when reverse called) comes back as number invalid. How iam not sure but makes me uneasy
