Apparently it is his job to get PPI papers to me and just needed to check my address, which he had (!!), needed my D.O.B. which he didn't get. Says I made an online application, which I haven't. Wasted 13 mins of his time fencing with him. Rang the number back they are Assist Financial Management but all you get is music & a muppet voice telling me how my call is very important to them and to stay on the line. Yes. I had a WhatsApp message on my mobile at 7:26pm on 13/4/18 saying call them within 24 hours or my number gets transferred per "my request" to another device. As I didn't notice this message until just now (9pm on 13/4/18) when I got an incoming call just fine, it was a bit of a clue to look up the number indicated before dialling it! Ignore and/or report to your mobile provider or other anti-scammer service.
