Here is a great way to handle these calls, first make a note of the CIA investigation # (or CSIS in canada) then politely tell the caller "I'm really interested, but this phone has been having a problem can you please call me on my other line so I can hear you clearly" I'll wait for your call ! !

I said I was not interested in what they had to offer, and she replied that she would only have to get someone else to call me.
