I received a text from +447400865970 telling me to call this number because I have requested a card to be sent to AL10 9UH. It doesn't say what kind of card, but I suppose I am supposed to think that it is my bank texting me. Fraud SCAM

07944341914 called 27 Jan 23 at 12:28 hrs. Female recorded voice claimed to be calling from Amazon about an order I'd placed for an iPhone......which I had not. The presentation and topic was very similar to a scam call a few years ago, Hung up.
I missed a call from this number, called him back immediately. He said he hadn't called!

I got an email from PayPal, saying I purchased a cell phone & that payment is now due. I called the number on the invoice from PayPal, a man with a thick indian accent answered & struggled to speak good English to explain himself. He asked me for the invoice number & said that a purchase was made IN MY NAME although my opening remarks were 'I don't have a PayPal account but I received an email requesting payment for a purchase' - when I asked him 'what's my name?' he hung up! SCAM caller - called saying he's from my bank, quoted some card details (correct, must be on a stolen database) to say that Apple Pay / Contactless are down for 24-48 hours while they do upgrades. I didn't give him any info but somehow he managed to set up an Apple Pay with my card and stole £2,600 from our company account, on payday, 4 days before Christmas. We're now completely skint and can't afford to pay the wages. Been doing some investigating and his name is Tyrell, apparently. Fuck you Tyrel
