This is a scam caller pretending to be from a Lyca phone provider offering cheap contracts, the company they are pretending to be are Mobiles.co.uk. They tried offering me a £35 contact for 24 months for a Samsung S23 ultra, which was too good to be true worked out at (£840.00). I explained I did not trust cold callers, so they asked me for an email address. They sent me the email which looked genuine. But it had a different number to the one one the official website. Got suspicious when they said they needed me to share my screen with them. When I asked them for a phone number to call them back on to check who they were they hung up. BEWARE.

Claimed to be from BT Outreach, telling me that my internet was slow. She asked me to check my internet speed. I asked her how, and she then started asking about my device. At that point, I told her that I had not had breakfast yet, didn't have my glasses on, and that another time might be a better time. I was fairly polite. Of course I did not believe that she was from BT.
