This seems to be some good working money trap, similar numbers are reported as a scam offers - unclaimed bank charges, PPI, uncalimed financial services. Wanted to refund me £24.99 for a cold calling blocking service obtained from BT 4 years ago. Knew my personal information such as name, address and postcode. Wanted my sort code and account number. When I told them they were trying to scam me they hung up, which confirms their intentions. Block number, you have been warned!
