This company is very aggressive and uses several tactics purporting to be an energy supplier or meter registration dept. They are energy consultants without qualms and trying to scare end users into agreeing a contract over the phone by saying that they are on extortionate out of contract rates, etc. Best way to deal with these people is to say you have signed a long-term contract and therefore not interested in their services. SCAM. Called to talk about my insurance claim from a car crash 2 years ago, not had a claim in 50 years so they then asked if it could have been a family member.
A couple of years ago I had all my windows replaced by Crystal windows, got several calls from them asking if I needed any further work doing on the house, I said no and please remove my number and stop calling me, i m still getting calls from them. don t give them your phone number I wish I hadn t.

Several calls and they hang up. Some spoke today, lot of noise in the background and I asked him to repeat something twice, he shouted at me "Are you deaf" and hung up.

I answered and they said I had worked in a factory and could claim for industrial hearing loss. I have never worked in a factory. Told them to remove me from their database and have now blocked.
Claim to be from Carphone warehouse with deal on phone contract, line was poor and when asked for second name there was a pause and he lost his temper and hung up. Most probably a scam.
