I declined both options and checked my account online to find, surprise, surprise, there were no such transactions.

If you say sure - they will try and set this up on the phone, or direct you to your provider website. like this is an option, I chose my provider's website, they hung up. Safe number, they sold me some domains which has boosted my sales considerably, I would recommend to anyone, I cannot explain my gratitude to the gentleman who walked me through it all and has literally saved my business from shutting down!
A man rang from this number, I think he said from PAC - had my name and said I had been advised by a financial adviser to move my pension. When I asked where he got this information, he said from Pensionwise. As far as I am aware Pensionwise do not have such information. I said I had not seen a financial advisor or been advised to move my pension. The man was very polite and rang off. I was suspicious and think it could have been a dangerous if I had shared financial info.
