Alarm bells are ringing ... what an amateur setup. Call leads to a lesser used number from a geographical location (Bolton). Calls blocked. Someone claiming to be from BT saying my internet had been compromised. They knew my name and address. When I accused them of being a criminal they replied "Of course I'm not, you idiot". Any doubts I had about their authenticity vanished at that point!
