This call is from NTT Fundraising based in Bristol BS1 2NB. You should report them to the TPS (I have), especially if your number is registered with the TPS. The more people do it, the more likely the TPS will actually pay attention. I caused EMCAS (ambulance chasers) based in Torquay some grief by submitting a complaint to the TPS

It's an automated message that says your National Insurance number is about to be blocked for various illegal activities and if you don't act now one of their officers will be round the arrest you. I have had a call from this number again today. Told them before to take my number of there list. When they answer the phone they say you must report for a hearing check up straight away. When I asked why they said I had worked in industry. When I said that I worked in an office as admin they hung up. They still keep calling.
