Can’t find anything in a google search that confirms this. Therefore I believe this number is a scam.

Told the caller his records were out of date as they were the last time he called.... so I don't think we have anything to discus. Hung up. SCAM Called on my mobile @ 20.00hrs. A Northampton dial code. Caller when questioned was from "the Philipines" looking to see if I qualify for "home insulation" funding. When asked how my phone number was accessed the caller hung up. Had this not been a recognised dial code I would not have answered the call. number now blocked. Also appears on missed calls list from yesterday @ 12.58hrs.
