They are Accident Claim Experts and called about an accident that I had supposedly had in Bristol. I hadn't been in an accident and asked them to take me off their list of people to contact. THey ignored my request and just kept trying to find out who had the accident and finding the error that had led to my number coming up. Conversation ended badly......definitely a nuisance though!

have just answered a call to my mobile from this number - female caller asked for me by name and said that she was phoning from Crystal Solutions regarding debt. She went on to ask if I had any debts or money worries. She had a foreign accent, although I couldnt decide if it was american, caribbean or asian, and due to the noisy background it was very difficult to make out exactly what she was saying.
