When answered, a very bad automated message advising that there has been fraud on your National Insurance Number. All assets will be suspended and you will be arrested! The oriental sounding lady really didn't get it. Eventually she asked if I had Sky & I replied that since she was from Sky I must have or she wouldn't be calling, but just now I couldn't remember what I'd done with it. She gave up.
